(Used for model making and displays)

Ingredients

1 lb Salt

1 lb Strong flour

15 Egg yolks

Method

Beat the salt and egg yolks together until smooth

Add the flour and knead to form a firm and workable dough

Create bread displays, wheat sheaves, and whatever bread models you fancy, bake and glaze withh beaten egg yolk 10 mins before removing from the oven to get a deep sheen, For long term displays you can also apply a coat of clear varnish

(None edible; ideal for craft displays.)
